About Me

My name is Kristiana Benson.  I have been practicing Marriage and Family Therapy since 2006.  I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2002 and North American Baptist Seminary in 2006 with my M.A. in Marriage and  Family Therapy.   Originally, I hailed from Sioux City, IA, but now call Sioux Falls, SD, home with my husband and three sons.  I enjoy being active, kayaking, playing soccer (yes, I play most Sundays with a local league,) and anything that involves being outdoors on a warm, sunny day.
